I think they mean there "keep on while viewing". The screen turns off even though they're looking at it. Do i have that right SaurabhPathak? Other than the normal stuff, clearing the cache, restart, and etc, i don't have any ideas. Sorry. 🤷

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

It's most likely because Power Saving Mode is turned on.
When Power Saving is enabled, the system automatically limits certain features to save battery - including screen timeout. So even if you set the screen timeout to 1 minute or longer, the phone can override it and drop it to 15 seconds.
To turn it off, just swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Panel, and tap the Power saving icon to disable it.
After that, go back to Settings > Display > Screen timeout and set your preferred time again.
