Search Bar/Finder Issues

Is anyone else not able to use the search bar/finder to look for apps? I find a bunch of results in settings, widgets, or other types of searches but not the app itself.

I have Finder at the top of the apps screen and I also set a gesture to open Finder in One Hand Operation+

I have the finder at the top of the apps as well, but it's not functioning as it normally does. Is your finder working properly when you try to search for an existing app, though? I can't find any application with it. App results found with the key word searched used to come up every time.
