Sending log files

Hello, when sending log files, how long does it take your phone's to send them? I have a galaxy Note 20 Ultra snapdragon and it's been over 10 minutes with the app open and the screen on and the status never changes for log files being generated. All the error reports I have sent get the response that log files are needed but it doesn't seem to be working?

I sent log files a couple of days ago. It took 10-15 minutes to dump all the files. I thought there was something wrong but it did eventually go through.

I just sent another one and it's been an hour and still hasn't generated the logs lol

Hello @DominicNikon 

Please try clearing data and cache of the Samsung members app. Also make sure there is enough space in my files to generate the logs.

I leave it unrestricted in device care and lock the app from closing so it can send the report while my phone is off
