Can I use smart switch when my phone is on the beta program?

Will it affect something?

I want to switch devices now, and my phone is on the beta program.

@Richard_Stein I'm pretty sure that you would need to sign up for the Beta on the new device. Beta status is based on your device info. Beta status does not just transfer over via Smart Switch. 

Smart Switch between devices does not transfer firmware, only settings, apps, files, etc.
