Alls I did was simply open the camera app inside of a 3rd party app like messenger of soemthing. Once I did that and back out and clicked on snapchat the error message was gone and the camera back on
Mine isn't able to access camera either. I turn my device off and on. I forced stopped and cleared cache. The i deleted the Snapchat app and reinstalled it. I'm still getting the same error
As with @NMB71 I'm also getting same thing. I did send a error report for said issue. Not sure if it should have been under application or camera but I did send one
