Status Bar Bug

Has anyone noticed a bug on the right side of the Status Bar where the Battery and Signal Icons move a couple centimeters to the leeft I've noticed this specifically when removing from charging I haven't noticed any other time

The location indicator moved it. Sometimes the whole status bar disappears because of the location indicator

The location indicator did not appear if it did you would see it in the screenshot as I stated it was like this when removed from charging then eventually it moves to where it's supposed to be

It's supposed to move around a bit to prevent burn in. If it stays exactly in the same spot all the time it will leave a burn in impression. Samsung also has done this with the clock on the lock screen for the same purpose. Though usually the movement is barely noticeable.
