So far the recent beta update fixed my watches erratic sleep readings but now has done something to the stress meter, even when just relaxing my Watch 8 will say my stress levels are high constantly. In one day I'll get more high stress notifications than my entire year wearing the watch. Anyone else using continuous measurement and facing this same problem?
At least your sleep metrics got fixed. Mine are still all over the place and the stress one has been stressing me out since 1st beta. Always high now. But I am under tons of stress right now in my home life, so maybe it's picking up my anxiety that I'm not feeling. ๐คท
I'm sorry to hear about what's going on in your life man. The one thing I started doing is strapping my watch on the underside of my wrist when sleeping. I'm a stomach sleeper so having the watch on the top of my wrist like normal was annoying anyway, so I switch to a velcro strap and adjust it at night before going to bed. It's been a good added improvement to my sleep. Hopefully the Sam devs figure out what's still going on with Stress measurement and Sleep tracking. I find ECG readings will also go nuts forcing me to do multiple readings until it gets my pulse right.
