Swipe down from home screen stopped working

Swipe down from home screen is not opening notifications panel

I have that issue also. I have to close any program I'm in and then it works for me.

Works fine for me. Have you wiped your cache partition?

Please try the suggestion by @UncleSpellbinder .  If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

It happens to me as well at times, I just close all apps and restart the phone and it works again

Restarting the phone worked for me !!
