Sync with vibration no longer working with custom ringtones

Hey!

When setting a custom ringtone or notification sound that supports sync with vibration, the vibration works as expected in the preview, but then when receiving a call or notification, the default vibration pattern plays, not the synced one.

Reproducing

1. Download a custom notification sound that has custom vibration. This is the one I used: http://onj3.andrelouis.com/phonetones/unzipped/Samsung/Galaxy-S25-Ultra/audio/notifications/SoundThe...

2. Set default phone notification sound and enable sync with vibration. 

3. Send test notification. It will work as expected. It will play the tone and it will vibrate accordingly. 

4. Choose the custom tone. Enable sync with tone. It will preview the vibration correctly. 

5. Send test notification. It plays the sound but doesnt vibrate correctly. 

6. Change vibration setting to short. Send test notification. Vibrates accordingly.

7. Change vibration setting back to sync with sound.

8. Send test notification. Plays the sound but doesn't play the correct vibration, it plays the short one.

Just noticed the same thing. It stopped working after updating to One UI 8 - Stable release. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I am on S24 Ultra and One UI 8 - Stable release
