Touching "Join Now" on the Watch4 Beta program notice does nothing

It seems like touching the "Join Now" button on the Watch4 Beta program sign-up notice doesn't do anything. Probably because it is not out yet?

Hello, I hope you're doing well.

Pressing join now will take you to a survey (beta agreement). Once you've agreed, pressing join will tell you that you can only complete the survey once per account.

That aside, the beta has not gone live yet so nothing is happening yet.
