Unable to register 2nd watch

Have watch 7 and ultra, able to register for watch 7 and download the update. When I connect watch ultra I keep getting the following message:

Connect your watch to phone and try again.

Any thing I'm doing wrong? Rebooted both watch and phone.

I've tried updating my Uktea and it gets to around 83% (varies bleach time) then says can't complete. Has completely rebooted the watch and done it as a whole new setup but still running 6.0 version.

Ultra watch needs to be T mobile unlocked but watch 7 connects with Bluetooth and work fine

For Beta participation, you can only register 1 device per category at the same time. 

Example) One UI 8 S25 Beta + One UI 8 Watch = O but not with One UI 8 Watch7 + Ultra = X

If you would like to enroll in Beta for Watch Ultra, please use different Samsung account for participation.
