Uninstalling one ui 7 beta

I bought my s24+ used and the previous owner was enrolled in the one ui 7 beta program. Because of the software instability my omnipod insulin pump app will not work. I need to get rid of the beta software and revert back to the stable android 14 but I can't figure out how to do that. Can somebody please help?

I think you have to connect your phone to a computer and choose software install from the drop down menu and usb options.

I think you have to factory reset your phone also. Either way I would back everything up regardless.

Do I need to withdraw from the beta program first? I'm unable to access that option in my settings because it gives me a message that says I'm unable to access beta features because I switched carriers
