Unstable charging

Sometimes my phone will charge in 2 hours other times it takes between 4 and 5 hours any one else having this issue, and any suggestions. ?

I'm not experiencing this issue. A few things for you to check

Is your phone overheating? If so charge rate will be reduced.

Check your battery protection settings.

Have you tried another USB C cable? Are you using the cable supplied with the phone or 3rd party? Check it's specifications.

What charger are you using?
Samsung made a charge specification change for the S25 series. For the S25 models they're using 15V x 3A to get the 45W charge specification. So make sure your charger supports this. If not your charge speed will be reduced.
