I was wondering if anyone else out there have a problem that when you advance to the next song my volume goes to zero so I gotta keep adjusting it.

Thankfully no, I use apple music but have used Spotify couple times this week, no issues

No issues on spotify here, or with songs through the samsung app. If i run into that issue I will return to respond.

2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
