Watch Ultra no active SIM

I have a Watch Ultra that never a had an active SIM, Verizon is my cell carrier on an Unlocked S25U in Beta 8.

I haven't been able to get the watch software yet, will it download anytime soon,

Thank you for your active participation in Beta program.

In order to receive update, your Watch Ultra needs to be on T-Mobile network regardless of your cell-carrier on S25U Unlocked device. You are still eligible to "Participate" in Beta program via Samsung Members, but won't be receiving Beta software update unless your Watch has an active T-Mobile plan.
