How do you install the update? After installing the Watch5 manager beta there's seemingly no way to update the watch, when I go to update it it says its up to date?

If you have a LTE model, that's T-Mobile only.

One UI 8 Beta for Watch LTE series with T-Mobile carrier is currently eligible for software update.

Being said, we apologize for the inconvenience to those who were able to join Beta (Because the Watch model is eligible) yet could not receive the software update (due to ineligible network conditions).
