I have been part of beta program so many years and I've never seen this long without an update.  Do we have any idea what's going on?

Guess you've never been in a pixel beta. There is no time table.. It's not like monthly security updates.

Beta 3 started rolling out in Europe today should be in other countries anyday now

I bet that's the s21 roll out. Especially since there's no announcement from Samsung and nothing on the blogs about it.
