Samsung's status bar compared to Pixel Status Bar who does it better?

I will take the way Pixel does it any day of the week. A trully black amoled instead of the abomination that is Samsung's design language.

When using QuickStar and removing elements we should be able to make the what is left larger.

To me, the Pixel bar looks way better. Samsung's design language has *always* seemed like an afterthought. The impression I get is that Samsung employs engineers but not designers. If there are actual designers, they clearly don't talk to the engineers.

I tried setting an Iron Man schematic pic as my wallpaper, but just look at that unreadable mess of a status bar! Yes, it's dark in contrast to the light background, but the font weight is way too light with no way to change it. The Pixel status bar would have no trouble with visibility over that wallpaper.1779820387799.jpg1779820387836.jpg

I typically do, too. But we should be free to use whatever we want without having to work around limitations of the OS skin. Material You allows a lot of customization. Samsung purposely kneecaps it.

Yeah, as a pixel user up til 10 series, I can honestly say it can't hold a candle to the customization of OneUI
