Who is having this problem. My location notification is on constantly. Says being by system apps

I do. This was a problem with the first beta and now it is back.

That might explain why the battery life Beta 6 seems sketchy. Possibly worse than 5.

Yeah, my location is constantly staying on now with the new beta

Tap on the tab that says "Being used by System apps." It will display a list of apps using location currently and recently.
