Why Feedback is Dimmed

In the Feedback page, I have 4 sent feedbacks. Can anyone explain why two of them are dimmed? Does it mean they already dismissed the feedback and cancelled it? Can anyone please explain the difference?

Dimmed / not dimmed does not necessary mean that issues are dismissed or cancelled, but it means they are still under careful review. 

While we cannot confirm if or when a specific suggestion will be applied in the next Beta or official release, your feedback plays a valuable role in shaping future updates.
