Widgets on Home Screen Bug

There is definitely enough space on the screen for a 4 x 1 widget but it's bugging out. It's almost like it's trying to place it on the top left. Is this normal?

Also, don't worry about the warped widget. I'm just embarrassed about my weeb playlists so I used object eraser lol.

Update: I noticed it also created like 5 other tabs on my homepage. Definitely not normal. I'm only using 3.

Follow up here, are the widgets in question third party or are they stock widgets? I only noticed this happening with third party widgets (KWGT for me)
