Questions@Nathanialson Power down phone, then when it is off, press and hold both the up volume and the side (power) buttons at the same time until the recovery screens appears. Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", then click the side button. Use the volume button to highlight "Yes" and click the side button. It will then default back to the top highlighting "Reboot system now" and click the side button again, then the phone will restart as usual. See if that helps.
