"Processing Join Request" not changing

I tried messaging Moderator 3 but no response. Is there any way to fix this without anyone's outside influence? I assume not but I wanted to make sure.

Because its christmas, the earliest they will get back to you is next yr the earliest as there not active on the weekends and im not sure about this week maybe Thursday the latest?

It's just weird because browsing other posts and seeing Moderator 3 commenting on them yesterday kind of made me wonder what's going on.
