Samsung MembersI had an issue with Samsung Support in my country...
Did anyone face the same issue?
I purchased my Galaxy Note 10 from another country and my screen got cracked.
When I went to my local Samsung support (in my country) in order to replace screen out of warranty, they told me that I will be afforded an extended fees for the same screen because I had not bought my phone locally, they also told me that I will not have the 30% offer (latest Samsung offer for Screen replacement fees).
I communicated with Support team of two other regions and they told me that is not true and the support fees is consistent and independent on the location of purchasing.
I am very upset for this treatment.
