I've just bought a Samsung Smartthings Vision. I have installed it and it shows up in the app. Then I created an automation to trigger that a notification should be sent to me. But the darn thing only randomly sends notifications and I can't figure out why? Does anybody have a clue?

Another issue I have is that every time I open the view for the camera the bloody app prompts me to upgrade to the paid cloud version. And there is no way of saying that I am not interested. Bloody annoying. Does anybody know how to shut that reminder down for good?

I wish that was possible. The Swedish branch of Samsung is rubbish. You never get any answers to e-mails, and the staff in Sweden are so incompetent they might just as well be replaced with bots. I am quite tech-savvy and I have never experienced a tech company with such low-level competence in what is supposed to be their area of expertice. For all that I care they could just as well stop selling Samsung in Sweden altogether as the support is non-existent.
