Smart Home SupportI've just bought a Samsung Smartthings Vision. I have installed it and it shows up in the app. Then I created an automation to trigger that a notification should be sent to me. But the darn thing only randomly sends notifications and I can't figure out why? Does anybody have a clue?
Another issue I have is that every time I open the view for the camera the bloody app prompts me to upgrade to the paid cloud version. And there is no way of saying that I am not interested. Bloody annoying. Does anybody know how to shut that reminder down for good?

Smart Home SupportThank you so much for reaching out! This forum is for support of US products and customers. As your product is a non-US model and support for these models is very limited, please seek a support team for your area. You can do so by using this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitcountrysite.html, or contact your regional Samsung Community here: https://r1.community.samsung.com/.

Smart Home SupportI wish that was possible. The Swedish branch of Samsung is rubbish. You never get any answers to e-mails, and the staff in Sweden are so incompetent they might just as well be replaced with bots. I am quite tech-savvy and I have never experienced a tech company with such low-level competence in what is supposed to be their area of expertice. For all that I care they could just as well stop selling Samsung in Sweden altogether as the support is non-existent.
