SmartThings App ios version Calibration

Ive recently bought a new TV QN90BA 50. I have installed the SmartThings app on my ios Phone XR but the Calibration tab isnt showing. I have registered and de-registered several times and still nothing. ive reset the tv a few times, ive reset the smarthub. ive done everything thats been suggested in other posts. Im seeing loads of posts on your Forums regarding this issue but im not seeing a Solution apart from ring a support number which im not going to do. My next step will be to return the TV for a refund unless you can come up with a solution/explanation.
