Add Taskbar to S21 and other phones

Please add the Taskbar from the Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy S Tablets to phones like the Galaxy S21 to One UI 5 Beta. 

It would not only help with pop up/split screen view, but for simply switching between Fullscreen apps quickly. 

I think this feature would be the most beneficial thing you could add to make One UI 5 a good and worthwhile update. 

It can definetly work on a smaller screen, there's no excuse not to bring it. It's probably already built in but not accessible.

I personally fall in the opposite camp. I already disable the navigation bar and use gestures to remove clutter. Though, having it as an option would be super cool. No reason it cannot be built in to be turned on/off

I'm honestly not really into the idea. I don't even use multitasking much on my phone. Since the screen is to small for it to be genuinely useful. That's reserved for my tablet, and I disable the default buttons to have gestures instead.

As an option, it would be nice. But I don't care much if it's added or not myself. I'll just disable it.
