Add customization option to Quick settings instant access

This suggestion would add a slider or a new screen where the user chooses where to divide the segments of collapsed and Quick settings instant access at the top of the screen, similar to the QuickStar setting in Good Lock.

I would like the option to swipe down on the left side of the screen. When I swipe down for the regular menu it is usually too far right an it loads the quick settings instant access.
