As the title states. I believe it would be easy to implement, and really open up some of the personality of the device use.
For example: In the default picker, we can add our own sounds to ./Ringtones and ./Notifications, but we can only select one at a time to be used. Using this same functionality, simply allow us to use multiple on a random cycle.
