Add toggle to disable 3G

With 3G services being disabled across the US  i.e., T-Mobile (and likely the globe), it would be great to have a toggle to disable 3G in mobile connection settings. Similar to the 5G and 2G toggles

Fair, but why disable 5G?

Some areas do not have a strong 5G signal and the phone uses more power with the 5G antenna on trying to connect to a strong signal. In those area 4G is just as fast as 5G so it's best to have 5G turned off for better internet performance and better battery life. If you are in an area without 5G it's best to turn it off as well so it's not using the battery searching for a signal.

Yeah 3G is gone from T-mobile... this is a great idea for a suggestion
