Simply to be able to save, import, and export your own Bixby Routines. And to be able to sync them with your Samsung account.
It takes time to set up the Routines in the devices. Over the years(from when Bixby was first introduced), as a Bixby faithful, I have found it annoying to need to setup the Routines, over, and over and over again. At times, it has caused me to not use Bixby.
Just an option to be able to sync them would be incredible!
