Blur Consistency Still Not Figured Out

Blurs on notifications are all different. On black background the call notifications are always darker. Before you say it depends on background these are solid color backgrounds. 

Call and YouTube same color rest of notifications different. Nowbar different then all of them. 

This is the background they are on since I know people will say its probably darker in the background on those areas 

Live notifications are the same as call and YouTube. The rest are different.

Just use ThemePark as I have suggested to you before.

I tried that and it still doesnt match up with live notifications and now bar blurs. Still has inconsistent areas
