Bring back icons in the notifications swipe down

Before the beta when you scroll down for notifications it would show the icons of the notifications underneath, now that's missing

U can do it with good lock

Some app notifications are not refreshing with beta. One that is easy to spot is weather apps like the weather channel and Yahoo. Drop down notifications are also slow to open. I sent a bug report for this.
