Bring back shutter speed options in Camera Assistant

I'd like to be able to take pictures that are less susceptible to motion blur, even if it means the pictures are less bright overall. That was a nice option to have.

It's been moved to the default camera application.
It's now under the tab called "advanced intelligence options"

Advanced Intelligence Options only contains Minimum, Medium, and Maximum. Those options only affect the post-processing that happens after the shot is taken, not the shutter speed of the shot itself

Noo, they affect shutter speed too. Trust me, I've tested it all. The reason the shutter takes long to capture is because there's some pre processing going on in the hardware to make pictures more detailed hence why Samsung switched the shutter speed settings to this AI options thing. Less processing time means faster shutter speed

To see what I mean, set that to minimum and you'll see a really big difference
