I think the color palette can do some work in detecting the colors in the wallpaper and stay true to the colors presented in a wallpaper. For example the color palette doesn't show a true red but instead it has a pinkish red instead of dark red. I'm sure that's not the only color with this issue
I get the whole match the wallpaper/theme thing. I just think we should be able to pick any combo of colors we want. Nothing too complicated like the last good lock version but similar just simplified.
