In the pulldown, you have options as to how to show the Device Control and Media Output buttons, but they're paired and inseparable. Would be good to separate them, so that you can choose to hide one or both.
In my case, I use the Media Output to switch away from my hearing aids so that I can play things over the phone speaker for others, then switch back so I don't disturb the public most of the time. But I never use Device Control, so it just takes up space.
Others might use the Device Control all the time for a smart home, but never use Bluetooth devices for audio.
