Digital well being apps with timers finished should be disabled

As the title says once the apps are disabled with the timers...

1. The folder view for apps should be disabled with the icons greyed out before entering the folder. 

2. The disabled apps shouldn't show notifications count until the apps are enabled for the next day or the timer is extended.
