I noticed the do not disturb settings on the phone and watch do not really flow together. With the sync feature it just ensure they turn on and off together but all the other settings from the phone (in the attached picture) cannot be done from the watch.
For example if I want my do not disturb to ask me how long it should be on as shown in the screen shot I can only do that from my phone. It would be great if I could do that from my watch as well
