There are good features that I noticed that some other customers are unaware of. One is Adapt Sound. I think adding this to the ear buds setup could bring it to their attention.
You have the option to set it to open Air Commands when you remove the S Pen. I think this should be done by default because I've seen Youtubers who didn't know that it was anything other than just a stylus. I keep seeing people say it's a gimmick. I think that people don't notice the message that tells them to check out the features when you first pull out the S Pen. I don't know how you can bring more attention to it, but maybe you should just start the tutorial without them selecting it. Maybe just show a little and say "To see more of what the S Pen can do, click here."
The Camera palm gesture in Shooting Methods should be on by default with a pop-up that tells you that you can disable it. When you first open the camera, it could tell users to check out settings for more features. I noticed that people who switched don't look in the settings of anything. It could help introduce them to the habit of looking in settings because it seems like they're not used to options.
When you go to the power menu for the first time, it could bring attention to the button actions setting. I saw people keep suggesting button actions last year. It was obvious that they never clicked the link. It could also reference button actions in RegiStar. I know Good Lock isn't in every region, but I'm pretty sure you can do it just for the regions that do. Maybe even mention Accessibility shortcuts. I know they're not button actions, but they're in that vein.
Maybe the first time they use the phone, it could tell people about these options. Something that informs them that there are more options in settings in general. I think there are things that they were not used to being able to change. I saw a YouTube about someone who switched from iPhone who didn't know you could sort the apps into alphabetical order. I don't know how to fix that. Maybe when they open the drawer, the three dots glow or something.
