SuggestionsPrevious day activity is one of the factors influencing today's Energy score. In other words, today's activities will have an influence on tomorrow's Energy score.
I would like to suggest that there is a warning or message that tells us if we have exceeded the "optimal range" and should take it easy for today, or if we have not yet met the optimal range for today. I think this would help us adjust our workout/activity/exercise for today rather than waiting till the next day to get the results to adjust our routines.

SuggestionsThe Previous Day metric seems to penalize those of us who take rest days mixed in with regular workouts and rarer intense workouts. Could some kind of averaging out or allowance for a more micro/macro cycle viewpoint be incorporated into this metric?
As a cyclist, I would have days where I do an easy ride , days where I rest completely and days where I go hard. Once a week I would do a long ride of four or more hours that completely throws off the previous day thing.
It's taking too short a view. Can this be fixed?
