Before the stable release of One UI 9 Android 17, please go back and implement the expanded dark theme settings. I really cannot, for the life of me, understand why you guys would deliberately omit this AOSP setting. Google specifically developed this enhancement and functionality to correct a problem with the force dark mode setting that lives in Developer Options. That setting is all or nothing. Google went back, created the expanded dark theme to:
1. address the all-or-nothing issue and provide a solution to solve it
2. put control back into the hands of the consumers
It does not make sense why you guys would deliberately omit a solve that was built into the core of Android 17.
No expanded dark theme options.
Advanced features dark mode apps has not been useful at all since its implementation.
