This is the only app I've ever used where some notifications come through (DMs, in my case) and the rest are ignored. All notifications are enabled in the app, as well as in community settings on the web. I've worked with community moderators to try to determine what's going on. They've assured me that everything that needs to be activated on their end is activated, so it must be an app issue.
I've submitted feedback to the app developers who have left the issue as "under review" for over a year, so it's fallen off my feedback list. I've communicated with other members who have told me they have never gotten app notifications. In one case, this has been happening for over 8 years!
