Fix this

Idea for one ui 9, fix this so when using clear quick panels from theme park they don't turn this horrible white color when they first pop up it's awful to look at and it hurts my eyes and you can't read the notification

That's likely the way you set it up with theme park. Change it from white and adjust the blur
