Give the launcher some love

It hasn't changed a whole lot in meaningful ways in many many years. Feels just like it did back on my S8. Needs some modernization.

Samsung doesn't seem to want to venture out much.
GoodLock customizations help, but the same design.

This would make a nice change. Having a vertical option built in without needing good lock, nor the app suggestions tab. Being able to change the icons as you see fit, etc. These may be more personal, but they'd be welcomed.

Absolutely. I STOP using many of Samsung's App for years now. We keep asking but nobody is paying attention. Here's a list:
- Launcher
- Phone dialer
- Clock
- Message
I'm actually using Smart Launcher 6.

That dialer looks like trash. Samsung's is fine. Samsung also uses Google Messages by default which is constantly updated.

I totally agree with all of this here, but I also think that's what it's lacking exactly, it's so limited on how personal it is and how personal and interactive it could be.

So yes they have made changes that are super useful but yes I agree they have been leaning on the same design for years with no significant changes to the style or new features especially ones we've been asking for years, it makes it frustrating when we do these betas only to see a handful of small updates and not the bigger more useful things added to the already great UI.

More style, fun features and more colors than the bland one we have now. Please 🙏 please samsung listen to us please we love you and we're obviously your biggest fans, give the people what we need pretty please 🙏 ❤
