Improved Visibility for Pulled-Down Status Bar

Hi, 

I've noticed that when we pull down the status bar on our phones, it's really hard to see messages due to the super-transparent background. Could we consider making it a bit less transparent? This would help us read messages more easily, especially when the background is busy.

If you go into accessibility and go into visibility enhancements and turn off reduce transperancy and blur it will make it where it's not transparent
