Lock Screen Animations

A bit of a long shot but im thinking being able to have the clock numbers hover, let's say up and down, in the lock screen. Not just that but other things to like icons and even stickers but some sort of animation customization to the lock screen. I don't know I think that might be cool, im heavy on customization.
