Lock screen customization for multiple wallpapers

Before things like the weather effect and automatic clock repositioning came around I was disappointed by only being able to select 15 pictures for the background of my lock screen. But since we're limited to 15 it would be nice if we could get these new effects to work on the wallpapers as they rotate so we're not bounded to 1 wallpaper.
