Lockscreen notification blur and placement

Would love to have the beautiful blur throughout the UI on the notifications on the lockscreen. 

Also, love this concept I saw on X with the notifications down lower for easier use and reach and the way it looks.

Would LOVE the notifications appearing lowering but you do have to keep in mind the fingerprint scanner location.
