Moveable Grid on Panel

I feel like the ability to move the notification panel buttons around would help with the one-handed complaints I'm seeing.

Personally, I can still use my phone with one hand and use those buttons fine.. but I think this would be a good compromise. 

Drag and drop / move the squares around; concept.
