Notification Detail level

IT would be great if i was able to keep my notifications set to the detailed level while the screen is on but when the screen is off have the Brief notification with the edge lighting. As of now you cant do both. I like the style of the Detailed notifications but I like that the Brief notifications display even when the screen is off. It would be nice to allow me to have both of these features

I've never liked that edge lighting only works when set to brief notifications. I like detailed notifications but I also like the edge lighting.
